Who we are

Arken is a small gaming hardware shop. We stock keyboards, mice, headsets, monitors and the parts around them — and we are deliberately picky about what makes the cut.

We are still small, and that is on purpose. It means we can hold a narrower range and actually know it, rather than listing everything and recommending nothing.

Our Value

We use what we sell
Nothing goes on the site until someone here has lived with it for a fortnight. If a switch feels mushy or a headset clamps, it does not get listed.
Priced without games
We check the market weekly and show the number you actually pay. No inflated RRP struck through to manufacture a discount.
Honest stock
If an item is on backorder we say so on the product page, with the number we actually hold. No pretending everything ships today.
Support by people who play
The team answering your email is the team building their own rigs at the weekend. You will not be read a script.

2016
A bench in a spare room
Arken started building machines for friends who were tired of paying prebuilt prices for parts nobody would explain.
2019
The shop came later
The advice was the valuable part, and it did not scale over text messages. So we started stocking the things we kept recommending, and writing down why.
2022
A narrower range, known properly
We stayed small on purpose. Eight manufacturers, chosen for support as much as spec, so we can actually know the range we hold.
2025
Forty thousand orders in
More shelves, same bench mentality. Every product on the site still has someone here who has lived with it.
